Personal - Being a Bit Royal Today

After waiting for such a long time (it's actually has been years), finally, I got my traveling gear almost reaches my "completed needs". Since two days ago was the payday, I really wanted shopping to add my collection but too bad I fell sick, got a headache and fever, that I had to wait until yesterday morning. As I saw my phone clock at 9 am, I immediately went to Eiger Shop on Rappochini Street but since it was still early when you consider that yesterday was Sunday, the shop hadn't opened yet so while waiting, I was just wondering around with my motorcycle, until finally I went to the shop for the second time and it was opening already.

I got a bit a lot of money so I wanted to be royal a bit, I withdrew 1,7 M rupiah (maybe about $118.11 USR at the moment) from my atm as the amount I wanted to spend for traveling gear for this month. I planned it for Carrier and Shoes. Checking the price and the style of Eiger equipment, I decided not to go for eiger this time. I mean, I understand that Eiger has such a really high quality compare to other traveling brand and I had already seen it with my own eyes (my small bag already 9 years old but it still looks new despite how harshly I have been wearing it), but the shop didn't have much model and the available model didn't suit my taste. I would gladly use all my withdrawn money, or even withdrew more, for a single Carrier if I liked the style but sadly I had to look for another shop instead. After taking a look at the shop here and there, I went out, going to the shop near my residence.

This shop is actually the place I usually look for traveling gear, but I really wanted Eiger Carrier so I went to Eiger Shop. But I guessed I would just use my money for two gears instead (I know how much it cost to buy equipment gears from many types of brand since I check traveling gear price every now and then I am going to this shop). But after checking the gears, I decided not to buy anything. The price is far cheaper than Eiger ones but the model also didn't suit my taste, especially the Carrier. Nothing looks cool I guessed. The only thing held me a bit long is the Forester Shoes. It was really cool and matched with my Cargo pants, but sadly the size ugh, 43. It was so big on my feet so I decided to look more on another shop.

My third attempt was going to Rei brand which can be found in front of Hasanuddin University, The soon I was in, two Carrier already caught my eyes. Yup, they are Rei Carrier. One of them was black with 50L size, and the other one was blue, azure or maybe royal blue I guess, with 70L size. I already had an Eiger 35L so I guessed I wanted something a bit big for now so I decided to buy the 70L Carrier for 899.000 rupiah ($62.46 USR). I checked some shoes at the shop too but I decided not to buy any.

Night came and I spent my time in my Cousin house until 9 pm. I was a bit uneasy for having much money in my wallet so I decided to spend it tonight for shoes, which means more shop to go to.

I then when to another shop for shoes. It wasn't far from the previous shop where I bought the carrier and this shop also sold a lot of Rei stuffs.

Since my Cargo pants is a black one, I really wished to find a black shoes, but I thought I already spent enough time and I had better spend the money tonight so I just go with tortilla one that dominated this shop. Despite not really something I was looking for, it's actually quite good and could match my Cargo pants thanks to its black color on its below part. It also can match with my tortilla and blue pants. It's like hitting three birds with one rock, isn't it? ^^. I guess it wasn't wrong to buy this one. Ah yeah, it costed me 699.000 rupiah or $48.57 USR.
